Joyce performed for 38 years with NJ's American Repertory Ballet performing adult roles in The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and Romeo & Juliet, as well as serving on their Board of Directors. She is the founder of Paradise Ballet Theater. A full time resident of Key West, she was honored for her outstanding contribution to the performing arts in Key West through the presentation of the 2005 production of Nutcracker Key West. In 2008, she was recognized by Samuel's House for her contributions as "Overall Community" honoree. Joyce is the owner of Paradise Pilates in Key West.
